THE RULES OF FREE OF CHARGE ACCOMMODATION AND FULL PENSION FOR THE TOURISTS ARRIVED ON A SPECIAL TOUR TO «COSMOS» CASINO

1. The period of accommodation – 3-4 nights.

2. The first deposit for each player - $4500 (four and a half thousand dollars USA) or $6000 (six thousand dollars USA) for couple (men and woman).
2.1. Players get a double room with TV set and telephone.*
2.2. All the tourists have the right for free of charge service in the casino restaurant (any food and drinks from the menu of the buffet of the restaurant at any time during the accommodation at the hotel).
2.3. All the money won by the player is transferred on his personal deposit and he can get it in cash only on the last day of the tour.

3. The rules of gambling in «Cosmos» casino during the free of charge accommodation at the hotel:
3.1. Each player should play min 4 hours every day in «Cosmos» casino at the tables strictly defined by the casino management during accommodation at the hotel. The playing hours can be saved, for example:
One day – 5 hours,
Second day – 3 hours.
3.2. The following min bets are established for the players during the tour:
«Poker» - $25 (ante);
«Black Jack» - $25 (box);
«American Roulette» - $5 (number);
$200 (even chances);
«Punto-Banco» - $200.
3.3. All the players should have special casino card with photo and magnetic card for payment at the cash desk and at restaurant (The cards mentioned above are given out to the players at the reception of the casino during their registration).

4. It does not matter for the Casino whether the player wins or loses during his tour. In case he does not observe the above rules of the game the sum amounting to the price of the ticket to Moscow and back of his stay and lodging at the hotel and other expenses connected with his stay in the hotel «Cosmos» shall be deducted from his deposit at the end of the tour (while settling final accounts at the Casino cash register).**
All disputes and differences are settled personally by the director of the Casino. The final decision is taken by the director.

* At the arrival newly coming player must register at the reception of «Cosmos» casino, leave the deposit at the cash desk of the casino, than accommodate at the hotel. Each player should have two photos for badges.
** All expenses will be mentioned in an additional note.
